Butler's Pantry is run by Helen Skripek and her husband Ralph (the chef)

Helen and her husband Ralph (the chef) offer a dinner party catering service at our holiday cottages. They can also provide BBQ's, buffets and canapes.

The dinner parties are fully inclusive of crockery, cutlery, napkins, events team and VAT and are priced at £35.00 per person or £28.00 per person.

Children can eat from the main menu for half price or a different menu can be served for them.

All special diets can be catered for, and they can also tailor a different menu to your specific taste if preferred.

Our waiters set the table for you, serve the meal & your own drinks, and clear away afterwards, leaving you to enjoy time with your guests.

Pre-order of maximum 2 different starters, 2 different mains and same desserts for all guests to be pre-ordered 7 days prior (in addition to any special dietary requirements).

The menu is cooked fresh at the venue.

To confirm a date, they ask for £25.00 deposit with the balance payable 7 days prior upon confirmation of details.

Canapes 

If required, our events team can serve a selection of home made canapes prior to dinner, suggested menu

  • Mini Yorkshire puddings filled with a curl of roast beef & horseradish cream
  • Toasted croute topped with home smoked Carsington caught trout fillet, creme fraiche & dill
  • Mini mozzarella & cherry tomato skewers drizzled with home made basil oil

Braised slices of tender beef cooked with shallots, smoked bacon and mushrooms, with a burgundy red wine stock, finished with potato puree

Filled Chicken Breast
Chicken breast filled with cream cheese & chives, wrapped with Serrano ham, carved and served onto a creamy mushroom sauce

Pan Fried Fillet of Seabass
Fillet of seabass pan fried with dill, finished on sautéed mushrooms and curly kale surrounded with a saffron and lentil creamy stock sauce

Fillet of Pork with Crispy Belly Pork
Fillet of pork wrapped with fresh sage and serrano ham carved onto sautéed creamed leeks, crispy belly pork and finished with a creamy asparagus sauce

Haunch of Venison
Haunch of venison, carved and finished with selected wild mushrooms and sweet potato puree, surrounded with a rich red wine stock sauce

Filled Roast Aubergine (V)
An aubergine filled with a mixed beans and couscous topped with feta cheese, roasted and finished with a clear lentil stock sauce

All the above main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & a potato dish
